Since working with Janice on my nutrition, I’ve lost eleven pounds (and counting!). The journey hasn’t been linear, but neither is life. I’m crap at logging my food, and probably drive Janice bonkers with my inconsistency, but despite my shortcomings, she’s still there to support me throughout it all. 

I think the best and most surprising thing is I’m not hungry. When I told my husband I was going to try and lose weight (the healthy way), he was so worried I was going to be hangry and give up a week into everything. After working with Janice, we modified my macros, adjusted things to be vegetarian-friendly, and my trend was losing about 1lb per week. I didn’t have to cut out ALL sugar, or ALL carbs, and feel miserable. We simply toned down my intake, so I didn’t feel like I was “on a diet.” I was just living my life with healthier proportions. 

I can’t recommend Janice enough, but be ready to commit and do the work. She’s a great guide, but at the end of the day, it comes down to doing the work whenever we sit down for a meal or snack.
